What a joyful weekend it was!! Kelsey and Matt, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, thank you for being among the most easy-going + joyful couples that I have the honor of serving on your wedding day. Saturday’s like that make me feel so blessed to do what I do and I couldn’t think of a more perfect way to wrap up my 2018 wedding season.

There are a lot of reasons that a photographer may decide to convert an image black and white: mixed lighting, highlighting textural backgrounds, etc. However, it is also one of my favorite tools to use to draw the viewer's attention to the emotion captured. As you meander through some of my favorite images from Anna and Paul’s day, I encourage you to stop and delight in the emotion highlighted in those classic black and whites. That is where the story comes alive :)
